We had a couple of iterations to get it in the right place designwise and pricewise but it eventually wasn’t passed by the city council. I believe the city missed a great opportunity but their vote had nothing to do with the quality or price. After contacting a few other companies and waiting ages for a response with abysmal customer service and outrageous prices for our project, Texas Custom Signs was the light at the end of the tunnel. Jake was so kind, responsive, and helpful, especially through the grueling process of waiting for permit approvals from the city. Our sign is beautiful and exactly what we wanted, it finished it so fast, and everyone who worked on it was diligent and professional.
